New and return patients, you may call, text or schedule your appointment(s) online below if we were unable to receive calls. If you have any further questions, please feel free to call, text, or email us.
There will be a no show fee of $45 if you do not notify us ahead of time. We understand that there will be family emergencies at times, so we will waive the fee just as long as you kindly notify us thru calls or texting to keep us updated. We value and respect your time, so please do so to us.
Initial and follow-up visits are approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. This includes consultation and treatment together.
If an appointment time or day is not available online, please do not hesitate to call/text to us. We will do our best to schedule you into our schedule if there are any openings.
A link will be sent to your email for you to fill out the new patient forms after you have booked an appointment.
